In this role, you will assist in designing and implementing an efficient, future-ready front-to-back operating model that supports Julius Baer’s strategic priorities.This position offers excellent opportunities for learning and professional growth within a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on innovation, process improvement, and sustainable change.The successful candidate will contribute to key transformation initiatives, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and develop expertise in areas such as target operating models (TOM), process optimisation, automation, AI and organisational change.YOUR CHALLENGESupport the analysis of current operating models and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across business processesAssist in translating strategic priorities into structured project plans and practical next stepsContribute to the preparation of decision papers, presentations, and business cases for management reviewHelp gather and consolidate data for performance assessments, efficiency benchmarks, and transformation trackingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and co-develop practical solutionsSupport change management activities, including stakeholder communications, workshop coordination, and training materialsMaintain documentation and dashboards to monitor progress against transformation milestonesYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldUp to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, operations, or corporate transformation – internships includedFirst exposure to process optimisation methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or operating model redesign is advantageousBasic understanding of digital transformation enablers such as automation, artificial intelligence, or offshore delivery modelsStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail; capable of working with data in Excel and creating clear summariesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (for presentation support) and Excel (data handling)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and GermanProactive self-starter with a solution-oriented attitude and willingness to learnAbility to collaborate effectively in teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environmentWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
