This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for a recent school leaver or university graduate who wants to build a career in foreign trust and company administration.  The Role  This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for a recent school leaver studying part-time or recent university graduate who wants to build a career in trust and company administration.  You’ll work alongside experienced administrators, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of client administration. Training and mentorship are provided and your attention to detail, initiative and teamwork will help you grow quickly in the role.  What you’ll do  Assist with the administration of foreign trusts and companies Prepare documents such as minutes, agreements and letters Support with bookkeeping, data entry and maintaining client records Liaise with clients, intermediaries and colleagues abroad Process payments, distributions and investment transactions Conduct client due diligence (CDD) checks and assist with compliance requirements Help prepare client and management reports   What success looks like  Within your first few months, you’ll:  Learn how offshore structures operate in practice Maintain accurate client files and documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients Contribute to a culture of precision, reliability and collaboration   What we’re looking for  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential) Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines A reliable team player who’s proactive and eager to learn Comfortable working with numbers and financial data   Education & Skills  Recent school leaver with strong Matric results (including English, Accounting and Mathematics) and studying part-time toward a Commerce or Accounting Degree; or Recent University graduate holding a BCom or related degree Strong PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Accounting knowledge or experience with payment systems is an advantage   Why join us? Supportive and approachable management team who value accuracy and initiative Genuine learning environment with on-the-job training and mentoring Exposure to international fiduciary work while based in Cape Town Opportunity to develop skills in administration, finance and compliance A close-knit, collaborative office where your attention to detail really matters One day of remote work per week after probation   If you’re detail-orientated, organised and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to cannonadminsa@cannonhouse.com Â
