From our headquarter in London to our branches across Europe and North Africa, we provide tailored services that effectively integrate into client's projects, whether in-house or through team augmentation.Role Overview:We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing creative team in Tunis.You will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of several of our projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our development team.This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning ideas into clean, usable designs and eager to learn in a professional environment.Core Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.Developing high-quality user interface designs, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups for web applications.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.Ensure designs are aligned with the overall brand guidelines and user needs.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.Meet project deadlines and adhere to company quality standards.Must-Have:Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, usability)Proficiency in Figma for design systems, wireframes, and prototypingExperience with user research and usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to create high-quality user interfaces for web and mobileBasic knowledge of HTML & CSS to understand front-end structureUnderstanding of responsive design principlesBasic knowledge of design handoff (working with developers)Portfolio that shows strong design sense and attention to detailShould-Have:Experience designing landing pages, dashboards, or appsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)Knowledge of UX flows, wireframes, and component librariesAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.Nice-to-Have:Experience with motion or micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)Interest in branding and visual identityUnderstanding of design systems and scalabilityWhat You’ll Get:Competitive compensation and career growthFlexible working hoursCollaborative and creative team cultureReal mentorship from senior designersOpportunities to work on diverse digital products
