Were looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our team, reporting to the Director of Product Design. In this role, youll help craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web platforms that simplify complex financial tasks and workflows. Youll collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to translate user insights into functional and visually appealing interfaces that meet both business and customer needs.Youll fit right in if youre creative, collaborative, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.What You'll DoProduce wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs and user flows using FigmaConduct and analyze research to gain user insight and incorporate this feedback into designs.Collaborate with design, product and development teams to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.Track and deliver assigned tasks using tools such as Jira and Confluence.Contribute to building and evolving tools, processes, standards and design frameworks to continuously improve our UX craft.What You'll BringDegree in Human Computer Interaction or equivalent experience.2-3 years in a user experience design role.Knowledge of design fundamentals including information design, visual design, industry UI standards for desktop, web-based and mobile applications, and has knowledge of usability best practices.Great communicator who works well in collaborative, global environments.Comfortable with tools like Figma, Salesforce, Jira, etc.Nice To HaveDesign or user experience-related certification, like Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or a UX Certification from NN/g.Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures.This position will be located in Atlanta, GA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.Come as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
