We are an international team of passionate innovators, committed to helping agencies grow through thoughtful design and reliable technology.ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Designer, you’ll support the product and marketing teams in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences across our software platforms and brand touchpoints.Your tasks will include:Designing digital assets for web, mobile, and print (social media, brochures, UI components)Supporting the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsAssisting in the maintenance of the design system and UI libraryCollaborating with developers to ensure smooth handoffsIterating on feedback from stakeholders and usersStaying current on design trends within the proptech and real estate spaceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field1–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design (internships included)Proficiency in Figma, Framer, or similar toolsA portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and UI/UX skillsBasic understanding of UX principles and interaction designFamiliarity with design systems and component-based designComfortable working with product data and user journeysStrong communication skills in EnglishDetail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to growNice to HaveExperience in motion design or micro-interactionsUX writing experience (microcopy, labels, error messages)Contribution to or maintenance of a design systemExperience working in a cross-functional product teamCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive local salaryFlexible working hours12 days of annual leave + Vietnam public holidaysLaptop and design software providedHow to applyTo confirm you’ve read the full job description, please include your favorite design tool and one real estate app or site you think has great UI in your application.
