Junior UX/UI Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet user needs and business goals.Location: Ljubljana (Slovenia), hybrid work model (full-time)Your Role:• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.• Participate in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts.• Design visually appealing, responsive interfaces and graphic components.• Prepare designs for internal marketing materials.• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development process.• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.• Contribute to and maintain the company’s Design System.What You Bring:• App. 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (or similar role) with portfolio showcasing web & mobile projects.• Experience in Figma or Sketch. • A strong sense of graphic design, typography, colour theory, and layout principles.• Understanding of responsive design and user-centred design principles.• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.Nice to Have:• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).• Experience working with Design Systems.• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).• Knowledge of 3D design or motion design.Why Join Us?• Competitive salary + benefits.• Hybrid work model for flexibility.• International environment with a collaborative, creative mindset.• Fun team-building activities: skiing, sailing, cycling...• Wellness perks: onsite massage, hairdresser, and co-financed fitness.• Free parking space under the office.Ready to design experiences that users love and help shape the future of our digital products?
