An elite US law firm is seeking an exceptional Junior Associate to join its market-leading Venture Capital practice in London. This is a rare opportunity to secure a position for Q1 2026, working at the forefront of the technology sector.You will be joining a high-octane team dedicated exclusively to representing high-growth tech companies and the entrepreneurs behind them. If you are looking to move away from general corporate work to focus purely on the dynamic VC ecosystem—while maintaining a top-of-market US salary—this is the role for you.Responsibilities: Advising tech entrepreneurs on early-stage to late-stage VC financings.Managing deal structures and transaction documents.Acting as a strategic partner to high-growth startups as they scale.Qualifications:1–2 years’ PQE gained within a top-tier Venture Capital practice, a Magic Circle firm, or an elite US law firm.Must be England & Wales qualified.A genuine, demonstrable interest in the technology sector and the startup ecosystem is essential.
