Rooted in Bali, our creativity flows from its culture of balance, community, and storytelling.PurposeTo simplify marketing for brands, helping them grow their business and create stories that connect with people.VisionTo be Bali’s most trusted performance marketing agency, blending technology, creativity, and cultural authenticity.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit engaging video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and digital campaigns.Create and animate motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual effects aligned with brand guidelines.Collaborate closely with the creative director, performance team, social media team, and clients to bring campaign concepts to life.Adapt raw footage from shoots into polished content optimized for each platform.Manage up to 20 different clients from different industriesMaintain consistent storytelling and pacing suited for performance marketing creatives.Contribute creative ideas during campaign brainstorming sessions.Stay up-to-date with current social trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.Organize media assets, maintain content libraries, and ensure delivery timelines are met.Ensure brand consistency and quality across multiple clients.Requirements2+ years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Designer, preferably in a digital agency or content studio.Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve.Strong understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and ad creative styles.Creative eye for composition, rhythm, music selection, and storytelling.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling.Bonus: experience in sound design, color grading, or 3D animation is a plus.Portfolio or showreel is required.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
