*Job title: Junior Video Editor*Salary type: £30k-£40k*Job type: Permanent Position*Location: 4 Days a Week in their London OfficesTomorrow is on the lookout for an junior to junior Video Editor to join a growing production team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full post-production process, supporting a wide range of creative projects – from branded films and TVCs to short-form content for digital and social platforms.*IF YOU HAVE PREMIUM LUXURY BRANDS IN YOUR SHOWREEL THIS IS A PREFERENCE BASED ON THEIR CLIENTELEWorking closely with the Senior Editor, producers, directors, and designers, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering polished outputs that bring ideas to life. Day to day, you’ll manage footage and media assets, assist with technical editing tasks, and create first edits while ensuring everything meets brand and creative standards. This is a great role for someone looking to sharpen their technical craft while developing their creative voice in a collaborative, design-led environment.Over time, you’ll have the chance to take on more ownership of edits, contribute to creative decision-making, and grow specialist skills such as colour grading, motion graphics, and sound design. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile clients across the luxury, design, and real estate sectors, learning how to balance creative storytelling with brand guidelines and client expectations.What you’ll do:Edit video content for digital platforms and campaignsOrganise, transcode, and manage footage, assets, and project filesSupport versioning, formatting, subtitling, and basic motion graphicsCarry out colour correction, audio syncing, and basic sound editingEnsure edits align with brand guidelines and creative directionExport and deliver final assets across multiple formats and platformsStay on top of editing trends, social formats, and emerging video stylesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless resultsWhat we’re looking for:Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve a plus)Solid understanding of editing principles, pacing, and storytellingA showreel or portfolio showcasing relevant workKnowledge of video formats, compression, and export settingsOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator who thrives in collaborationAn interest in design, architecture, and the luxury sectorNice to have:Experience editing social-first or short-form contentBasic skills in motion graphics or colour gradingPrevious experience creating content for brands, agencies, or online platformsA passion for branding, design, and visual cultureTo apply for this Junior Editor position, please send your CV and portfolio to design@tomorrowlondon.co.uk*Due to the high volume of responses, if you have not received a response in 48 hours please take it that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful.
