This role requires a highly organised individual who can manage complex logistical processes while supporting technical and operational functions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination across our supply chain, from production to final delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & OperationsOversee and track all furniture orders to meet project timelines and client expectationsCoordinate shipping and logistics from production through to deliveryLiaise with our financial administrator to assist with invoicing and project trackingWork closely with the international sales team to align logistics with sales goalsManage and arrange furniture repairs, edits, and returnsEnsure compliance with relevant shipping regulations and documentationNegotiate contracts and manage logistics budgetsPrepare itemised quotes and relevant documentation upon requestOrganise and manage meetings and maintain their own work systemsMonitor project deadlines, upcoming tasks, and ensure timely follow-upsServe as a key point of contact and liaison across departments and external stakeholdersRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordinationStrong proficiency in office and project management software (e.
g.
