What we expect from you:

Respond to partner queries via Freshdesk in a clear, professional manner, following internal SOPs and within defined timelinesCategorize and prioritize incoming tickets based on urgency, impact, and issue typeCoordinate with internal teams including Operations, Scheduling, Logistics, and QA to ensure timely resolution of partner issuesMaintain detailed, accurate ticket documentation to ensure visibility and continuityEscalate complex, unclear, or high-impact cases to senior team members with appropriate context and urgencyMonitor personal queue to ensure SLA targets for response and resolution are consistently metTrack recurring issues and flag patterns to support process improvement and cross-team alignmentCollaborate with departments such as Training, Finance, Customer Support, and Product to route or follow up on specific cases affecting partner operations What we are looking for:

1–2 years of experience in a coordination, customer support, or operational roleStrong written English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionallyFamiliarity with digital tools such as Freshdesk, Google Sheets, CRM systems, or similar platformsHigh attention to detail and consistency in following structured processes or SOPsDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized under pressureProfessional, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountabilityExperience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments is a plusFamiliarity with ticketing tools, basic reporting, or partner/vendor management is a plusEmpathy, patience, and a collaborative attitude when working with partners and internal teamsPERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFENothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
