About The RoleWe’re on the hunt for a high-performing Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of clubs and drive business performance, people development, financial oversight, and cultural alignment. You'll be responsible for mentoring Club Managers, supporting operations, managing key stakeholder relationships, and bringing our brand values to life across multiple sites. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting and mentoring Club Managers across your designated locations Driving sales, retention, and profitability strategies to meet business targets Overseeing day-to-day club operations and ensuring consistency across locations Managing club budgets, expense control, and financial reporting across sites Building strong stakeholder relationships across internal departments and external partners Leading by example, living and breathing our team values and culture Providing training, coaching, and development support to club-level teams Jumping in where needed from strategic troubleshooting to hands-on supportThis is a people-first and performance-driven leadership role.

Your ability to lead with confidence, build strong relationships, and deliver results will be key to your success. You’ll Need Proven experience in multi-site leadership, area management or a similar role Strong financial management skills with experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and driving performance outcomes.
