To have a good command of local financial legislation, to follow legal changes and to act in accordance with global compliance policies,To ensure that transactions are carried out in accordance with applicable accounting and tax legislation and to comply with the Karcher Group's global accounting and tax policies,To prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards,Monthly, To ensure the preparation and/or control of quarterly and annual declarations,To control and approve the transactions carried out under the responsibility of receivables management and accounting team employees, and to ensure that they are completed in accordance with the local and global calendar,To ensure that the Company's collection processes are carried out properly and collection forecasts are created,To contribute to the Company's cash flow management with regular periodic forecasts and reports.

Carrying out relations with banks, monitoring credit limits, controlling account reconciliations. To ensure that supplier payments, employee salaries and other expenditures are made in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the relevant legislation and Company policies,To improve cooperation with Karcher Global Service - KGS in P2P and O2C processes, to contribute to the creation of action plans for issues in need of development and to follow up,To ensure the coordination, timely and healthy execution of internal and external audit processes. Bachelor's degree (preferably from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences)Minimum proficiency in financial regulationsMinimum 10 years of experience in accounting and receivables managementProficiency in the SAP FI module and Office applicationsFluency in EnglishCompletion of military service (For male candidates)Effective communication, presentation techniques, and analytical thinking skills.
