Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vietnam for a Telesales Staff. The Telesales Staff will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing information about our products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customersStrong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsGood knowledge of renewable energy solutions and a passion for promoting sustainable energy optionsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goalsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsFluent in Vietnamese and proficient in EnglishBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in telesales or a related sales role is an advantage
