Create, develop, manage and implement the content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, RedNote, Wechat), website, EDM, SEM SEO and other digital channelsIdentify and liaise with influencer / KOLs for marketing campaignsPlan and execute marketing campaigns, social media marketing and marketing collaterals to drive business growthHandle media enquiries & shooting requests and industry news on daily basisWork closely with internal work teams, external agencies and vendors in related to various marketing and PR programsProvide marketing support for a variety of marketing programsAssist in ad hoc project as assignedHandle market research, competitor monitoring and data analysisAssist with events or photoshoot planning and operationAnalyse social media and ads performance and produce weekly, monthly reports with recommendationsOrganize and manage departmental content, files, and folders.
Develop presentations, perform clerical duties, and follow up with team members to ensure timely project updatesRequirements: Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing / Communications / BusinessMinimum of 2 years relevant working experience, preferably gained in Public Relations / Marketing / Hospitality industryGood understanding and comprehensive knowledge in digital marketing and social media will be essential: Google analytics, Website CMS, META Business Suite & Ad Manager, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, video & photo editing, etcExcellent spoken and written and presentation communications skills in English and Chinese/ Mandarin
