We are surging in people and resources in response to these priorities.Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role Due to an internal promotion and newly created roles, we have opportunities for experienced Project Coordinators to join our Coordination team to 30 June 2026.The Coordination team works collaboratively with Programme and Project Managers to provide professional programme and project coordination services to the Ministry, ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.There are multiple Project Coordinator roles available, all working in various ways to support the Resource Management and/or National Direction processes.You will be a pro-active member of the team, enabling others and helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that project and programme teams are able to deliver. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment and have the ability to manage competing deadlines.Our senior members of the team will provide coaching and mentoring to ensure you have the right support to thrive in the role.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience Our Ideal Candidate Will BringDemonstrated experience in providing high value coordination services to projects and supporting a Project Manager day to day, ideally in a central government setting.Certification in or currently studying towards CaPM or a similar project/programme qualification.High level of technical skills in project and collaboration tools e.g. MS Planner, Mural, CRM. Exceptional visual presentation skills to enable decision-makers to make informed decisions.
