Job Description

Job Summary: The Client Data & Reporting Specialist plays a vital role in managing, maintaining, and analyzing client data to produce accurate, insightful reports that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role collaborates across multiple departments to ensure data integrity, generate meaningful reports, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in client services through data insights. The role also supports the Data & Reporting Manager in ensuring high standards of reporting quality, automation, and system optimization. Data & Operation Management Collect, process, and maintain accurate client data from multiple sources. Regularly audit and verify data entries to ensure integrity and accuracy.

Organize and maintain centralized databases for easy data retrieval. Manage the Consumer Services website and ensure its optimal functionality. Reporting, Data Analysis & Automation Generate accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders. Create customized dashboards and visualizations based on business needs. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance client services and business outcomes. Manage CRM updates, system checks, workflows, and troubleshoot/report system issues. Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements for data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Apply best practices to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting systems. Participate in the development and testing of new tools and data platforms. Collaboration Liaise with Client Services to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions. Coordinate with IT, Marketing, PM, and Finance teams to streamline data flows. Support internal teams with training and documentation for data tools and systems. Mobilization Support mobilization of new projects with respect to data systems, reporting tools, client onboarding, and operational processes.

RequirementsHold a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related disciplineHave demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or database managementPossess strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and various CRM platforms (like Zoho or Salesforce)Exhibit exceptional attention to detail along with excellent analytical thinkingShowcase strong organizational, time management, and communication abilitiesBe capable of working collaboratively across teams while effectively handling multiple prioritiesHold a valid UAE Driving LicenseBring experience in the UAE to the table, as it is essentialWe are seeking an individual who can promptly engage and begin contributing meaningfully from the very first day
