The RoleAs a Software Engineer at Kalipso, you'll join our small, high-delivery team focusing on your main area: backend, frontend, full stack, or data and AI. You'll build the core systems that major financial institutions depend on to accelerate their business and save millions a year. What you will be doing:

Build core features in your specialty - backend systems, intuitive frontends, data pipelines, or advanced AIWe believe that every employee deserves to understand the problem first hand, hence, you will get the opportunity to meet our clients and build what they truly wantDesign and implement systems that handle sensitive confidential documents at scaleCollaborate closely with founders and our tight-knit engineering teamWrite clean, maintainable code that meets the highest security and compliance standardsShape product direction based on real customer feedbackWho You AreProficient in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar modern languagesComfortable working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Bonus if you have experience with AI/ML, legal tech, or financial servicesIdeally have at least 2 years of experience, or can demonstrate strong skills in your areaBut most importantly, you are someone who:
