Job Description
POSITION SUMMARYLead and manage sales strategies across HVAC Specialists accounts, developing strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives for the company.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES Achieve targeted Sales (amount and quantity) and Net Profit on the HVAC channel, negotiating prices, volumes, and trade terms with customers. Manage relationships with contacts within current and new customers, conducting face to-face meetings and presentations periodically to reach channel expansion and sales growth plans. Deeply understand consumers and customers behavior, as well as their overall business dynamics, so to effectively develop the channel within the company. Receive and return quotation requirements based on our list prices and discount multipliers case by case based on volume customers potential, and commercial conditions as rebates if it is the case. Support with basic product road presentations and forecast technical trainees and coordinate with Product Managers all technical information. Plan and lead the necessary campaigns and promotional plans in coordination with internal teams, overseeing the correct and timely execution. Monitor key customer indicators such as sales/margin results, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitors’ activities, and market prices, to identify action plans, process optimizations, and take necessary corrective measures to assure targets achievement. Prepare and maintain sales forecasts for the accounts, to secure the timely fulfillment of orders and healthy inventory levels for the company, proactively proposing special activities for slow moving items. Be an advocate internally for our customers and ensure that we not only meet their SLAs, but deliver the best possible customer experience, creating positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. Qualifications Education/ Training/ Experience 5+ years of working experience in sales related fields.HVAC industry experience is desired. Degree and Language Bachelor degree in engineering.Proficiency in English is desired. Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesWork under pressure and results drivenStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsStrong leadership and “team player” skillsAbility to travel as needed.Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
