Job DescriptionAct as support for Business Partners on various tasks. Create data-driven HR reports and perform statistical analysis to support strategic business decisions and workforce planning. Help manage payroll processes (40% workload) by maintaining accurate payroll data and coordinating with our external payroll provider to ensure timely and compliant payroll execution. Provide expert support to employees and managers on payroll inquiries, employment law compliance, and general HR policies and procedures. Oversee daily HR operations and handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and adherence to internal processes.
Assist with internal HR matters and liaise with external partners on HR compliance issues, helping to resolve queries as they arise. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Time Management systemServe as a Superuser for IFS, providing expert support and guidance to end users throughout the transition and ongoing operations. QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR administration, reporting, and payroll processing. Showcase your skills in creating detailed reports and handling HR-related tasks efficiently. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in German and proficiency in English are essential.
