Job DescriptionLead the Group’s Operational Excellence strategy to drive efficiency, competitiveness, and performance across operations and functions. Define and execute a roadmap of transformation initiatives aligned with Group priorities, ensuring coordination with Strategy, Digital, Functions, and Business Units. Oversee a cross-functional team handling integration, transformation, process and quality management, and transversal projects. Act as a strategic advisor, identifying and prioritizing initiatives from strategy, KPIs, continuous improvement, and industry benchmarks. Monitor performance via live dashboards and KPIs; manage project portfolio, resource planning, and related budgets.
Deliver internal projects on time and budget, focusing on system/process alignment, integration, and standardization. Drive change management and digital adoption, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Leads and coordinates transversal strategic projects across the Group, leveraging internal talents to foster visibility, growth, and development—actively shaping the future leadership pipeline.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred15+ years in international engineering, technology, or construction, managing strategic portfolios, transformation, and digital projectsExperience in corporate functions within complex, fast-changing environments, driving continuous improvement and business excellenceSkilled in quality management systems and certificationProven leadership managing and developing teams of 50+ peopleFluent in English; additional languages (e. g.
