Job Description

Kane Partners looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and manage key customer relationships in the Northeast U. S. region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver value and exceed revenue goals. What You’ll Do:

· Develop and execute strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners· Meet or exceed sales and booking targets· Collaborate with reps, distributors, and internal teams to support customer needs· Drive new business through lead generation, referrals, and networking· Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and long-term agreements· Partner with engineers to support design wins and technical customer needs· Analyze market trends and competitor activity; provide actionable insights· Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reports using MS Dynamics and Excel· Provide regular updates, including forecasts, trip reports, and customer feedbackWhat You Bring:

Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent experienceExperience: · 5+ years of territory sales experience in high-reliability industries (e. g. , aerospace, defense, medical)· Proven success selling electronic components or similar products· Magnetic components experience is a strong plusKnowledge & Skills: · Solid understanding of electronic components and circuit basics· Familiar with manufacturing processes and industry technologies· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills· Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)· Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, customer service, and sales leadershipPhysical Requirements:

· Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk/hear, lift up to 25 lbs occasionally· Some stooping, reaching, and vision focus required· Reasonable accommodations availableAdditional Details: · Travel up to 60% within the region· Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport
