*Thrive With Us* and find your career and purpose!Monitors the Web and Fax queues for reports of children in need of careor suspected child or adult abuse/neglect/exploitation, reviews allinformation provided by the reporter, completes a priority assessment todetermine the urgency of the report, and documents the priority level byusing the designated procedure. Handling inbound calls from customers, listening to customers needs orissues regarding the reporting process. Providing helpful solutions totheir problems or requests for notification letters. Provide accurateanswers to their queries and concerns. De-escalating situationsinvolving dissatisfied caller, offering patience, assistance, andsupport.

Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating thehotline website. Maintains databases concerning internal and external entities that mustreceive notification of reports received by KPRC, manually sends reportsto entities that must receive notification of reports received by KPRC,manually sends letters to reporters that have requested notification ofreports made to KPRC, and maintains documentation of requests made andcompleted by reporters who want letters sent regarding reports made toKPRC. Maintaining database records to ensure accuracy of participant records. Assists with KIPS data cleanup by following a step-by-step guide thateliminates duplicate people records. Attend trainings, conferences with supervisor and unit meetings.

Assistin preparing training packets for new and existing staff. Completeadditional projects, or assignments and assist in training new staff asrequested by supervisor. Completes other administrative duties uponrequest.
