In 2019, KARL LAGERFELD joined as a founding member of the Fashion Pact, a global sustainability initiative seeking to transform the fashion industry through objectives in three areas: climate, biodiversity and ocean protection. Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Producer to oversee the production of compelling, on-brand creative content—delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. Reporting to the Director of Creative Marketing, you will be responsible for end-to-end production across multiple departments, including Marketing, Retail, Digital, E-Commerce, and Visual Merchandising.

This hands-on, multifaceted role requires a proactive producer who can lead, organize, and execute creative projects with precision and efficiency. You’ll be central in implementing streamlined processes, managing teams and vendors, producing assets across channels, and ensuring consistently high-quality output. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, fosters collaboration, and contributes to a strong creative culture within our in-house team.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementEnsure all project briefs are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectivesPlan and schedule production timelines, allocate resources, and manage deliverablesDrive the full project lifecycle from initial brief through to final deliveryBalance creative vision with operational needs, budget and deadlinesShoot Production & Art BuyingLead all aspects of integrated production (photoshoots, video, digital, print)Research and manage external production partners and talentHandle talent relations, art buying, usage rights, and contract negotiationsOversee pre-production, shoot logistics, post-production, and deliveryAsset ManagementMaintain a well-organized archive of creative assets and usage rightsEnsure legal compliance and manage contracts and image licensingKeep servers and records updated and accessible for internal stakeholdersStakeholder CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams to understand creative needs and deliver aligned solutionsFoster open communication and strong working relationships with all project contributorsAdministration & BudgetingDevelop, track, and reconcile project budgetsProvide accurate cost estimates and monitor production spendBrand GuardianshipUphold brand and campaign guidelines across all creative outputEnsure visual consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standardsTHE PROFILE6+ years of integrated production experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or in-house creative team or agencyProven track record of managing multiple complex projects from concept to deliveryStrong art buying experience with a solid understanding of talent usage rights and licensing negotiations.

Good understanding of the fashion industry and seasonalityMeticulous attention to detail and a passion for high quality creative outputHighly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSkilled creative problem-solver with a collaborative, can-do mindsetStrong budget management skills, from planning through to reconciliationEnglish is the working language of the company. Fluency in French is a plus.
