About the Role Reporting into a senior finance leader, this position is responsible for overseeing critical operational finance functions, managing a direct report, and contributing to the financial health and efficiency of the organization. What You'll DoProvide oversight and management for Accounts Payable processes. Administer and maintain expense management systems. Conduct accurate bank reconciliations and manage bank-related administrative tasks. Support revenue reporting processes. Assist with payroll activities. Contribute to cash flow management and treasury operations. Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to achieve financial objectives. Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and processes. What You BringMinimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, with a significant focus on operational finance and Accounts Payable. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, including managing at least one direct report.

Strong understanding of core accounting processes, operational finance, cash flow management, and treasury principles. Demonstrated ability to manage reconciliations and financial reporting. Experience with modern financial systems and expense management platforms is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically expected. CPA designation is not a requirement for this role; practical experience is highly valued.
