Think you have what it takes?How You'll Contribute: Kaufman Rossin is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Assistant to join our dynamic People Ops team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our team organized, efficient, and moving forward.

As the go-to support for People Operations, you'll work closely with team members at all levels and report directly to our Chief People Officer.

Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and helping coordinate team activitiesScanning, mailing, filing, and organizing digital and physical documentsAssisting with onboarding logistics like preparing welcome materials and setting up meetingsHelping with recruiting tasks like interview scheduling and candidate communicationSupporting internal initiatives like trainings, surveys, and engagement eventsTracking deadlines, following up on assignments, and ensuring deliverables stay on courseUsing project management software like Asana to assist with reporting, updates, and process documentationDrafting and formatting internal emails, announcements, and updatesUpdating documents, spreadsheets, and HR systems like Paycom RequirementsWhat Skills You'll Bring:

Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsTrusted with confidential HR and leadership matters, acting with integrity at all timesWorks collaboratively across departments and supports both leadership and team members as neededA helpful, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in and support the teamComfort with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new toolsHow You'll Stand Out:
