The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating high-impact learning initiatives to cultivate leadership, drive growth, and maximize the potential of all KAYALI members This role partners with stakeholders across regions to deliver innovative programs through a blend of in-person, virtual, and structured learning paths, helping our magic makers flourish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Learning and development strategy:

Craft and execute a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with KAYALI's vision and growth objectivesPartner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to Identify askills gaps and training needs in all regionsLeadership Development Design and deliver leadership programs that inspire, challenge, and support emerging and current leadersChampion structured learning journeys for high-potential employeesProgram DeliveryLead a dynamic mix of in-person workshops, live virtual training, and digital/structured learning paths across multiple geographiesFacilitate engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a seamless and impactful introduction to KAYALI cultureDigital LearningContinuously evaluate L&D technologies and recommend enhancements for scalability and effectiveness to distribute high-impact contentContinuously enhance digital learning offerings to support scalability and consistencyGlobal CollaborationPartner with cross-functional, international teams to understand local needs and adapt programs accordinglyWork alongside the Global Sales Trainer to align internal product trainingSupport a culture of knowledge sharing, peer learning, and inclusive growthAssessment & Continuous ImprovementUtilize feedback, analytics, and best practices to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvementReport on learning outcomes, monitor KPI's and measure impact on individual and organizational growthRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; master's degree preferredMinimum 6 years' experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership development in a global contextProven experience working with diverse and international teamsTrack record of designing and implementing blended learning solutions (in-person, virtual, and e-learning)Proficient in using digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.
