Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven, trend-savvy TikTok Marketing Manager who lives and breathes Gen Z culture, understands the nuances of the TikTok platform, and knows how to turn ideas into viral moments. Youll be responsible for creating and executing TikTok content strategies that drive engagement, increase followers, and boost brand relevance among Myanmars digital-first generation. Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content and growth strategy aligned with our brand goals. Plan and produce platform-specific content including short-form videos, challenges, trends, and influencer collaborations. Manage the TikTok content calendar and ensure consistent, on-brand, and high-quality uploads.
Track performance metrics (views, shares, engagement rate, follower growth) and continuously optimize based on insights. Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, and viral formats to capitalize on real-time opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure message consistency and integrated marketing impact. Lead creative brainstorms and present campaign ideas and reports to Head of KBZPay Marketing. Test and innovate with TikTok ads and other tools available on the platform. Job RequirementBachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 to 2 years specifically focused on TikTok or short-form video platforms. Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, content formats, and audience behavior. Proven track record of growing social media accounts and creating viral content (ideally with portfolio examples). Excellent storytelling, video editing, and scriptwriting skills.
