Job Description

Keadjian Associates, a leading strategic communications and management consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to begin work immediately. We’re seeking a thoughtful and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in translating complex ideas into compelling visuals that support our clients’ missions, elevate their brands, and drive meaningful engagement. Our team is based out of the Walnut Creek headquarters. We offer the flexibility to work primarily from home, contingent on business and client needs. Two days a month, we meet in-person to work with our teams at our Walnut Creek office.

We forecast our team will convene one day a week for team building, training, mentoring and more in the near future. Additionally, from time to time, travel may be required to participate in client meetings or events, and to attend team building, training and mentoring events. Responsibilities:

Design and produce a wide range of print and digital materials including reports, infographics, presentations, event collateral, email newsletters, social media graphics, and branding assets Collaborate with strategists, writers, and project managers to develop visually engaging solutions that align with client goals Translate complex content and data into intuitive, clean, and accessible designs Apply and evolve brand guidelines across various formats and platforms Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital use Support branding and visual identity development for new client initiatives Contribute to internal design needs, including proposals and marketing materials What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in the design/graphic arts field or equivalent experience 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a public relations or public affairs agency or in a similar in-house position Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) Microsoft PowerPoint Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to bring structure to complex information Strong attention to detail, paired with a deep understanding of layout, typography, color Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Comfort working both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams A proactive mindset and a passion for design that drives understanding and action Bonus Points For: Working knowledge of video editing, animation, data visualization, or UX/UI skills Working knowledge of web development tools (Wordpress, Figma, etc. ) including basic HTML/CSS editing, asset optimization for web, and collaboration with developers. Experience working with government agencies, nonprofits, or public sector clients Familiarity with ADA accessibility standards Expected Salary:

In addition to industry leading benefits including end of year profit sharing and performance bonus program for eligible employees, the annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 (approximately $31 to $36 per hour). Starting salary will be based on a number of factors, including years of experience, type of relevant experience, education and more. Additional Benefits and Compensation: Keadjian Associates has a discretionary bonus program for eligible employees. Bonuses are awarded based on performance and contributions, in the Company’s sole discretion.

In addition, the Company has a 401(k) Program that, when eligible, will contribute a percentage of the employee’s annual total compensation to their plan. Lastly, the Company has group health, dental and vision insurance coverage for its eligible employees, and the Company pays one hundred percent (100%) of its employee’s premiums for the offered medical benefit plans.
