Product Associate - Funds Management Location: SydneyThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for delivering high-quality investment solutions to clients. The team's core focus is on client outcomes and superior product design, and their leading ETFs offer outstanding wealth-building tools for Australian retail and wholesale investors. As a Product Associate, you will be at the heart of product operational activities, focusing on ASX-listed ETFs. Your responsibilities will include managing product disclosures, data and performance-related investor communications, and monitoring data accuracy.
You will act as a product expert, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to various product projects. You will need to be genuinely passionate about ETF investing, managed funds and financial markets to be successful in this role. Ideal Candidate:
2-3 years of experience in investment operations or financial marketsStrong understanding of ETFs, indices, managed funds and market structuresPassionate about investing in products such as managed funds and ETFsDemonstrated ability to analyse performance and investment data, and the ability to convey insights effectivelyProficient in PowerPoint & Excel; experience in Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or Bloomberg preferredExcellent communication skills and detail-orientedKey Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (studying towards your CFA or Master of Applied Finance an advantage)Experience working within asset management, investment banking, or similar sectorsPassion for markets and investing, combined with a proactive and entrepreneurial approachBring your expertise to a fast-paced, high-performing firm where you can make a significant impact.
