Keeper Security is hiring a Global Event Marketing Manager to lead and manage all aspects of event planning and execution of events for our Sales and Marketing team. About The RoleThe Global Event Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Global Marketing and be responsible for leading all of Keeper's event marketing initiatives, coordinating closely with our channel partners, channel account managers, sales leaders and cross-functional teams to effectively plan, execute and analyze the impact of marketing events across the Americas region.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for channel and B2B events, ensuring alignment with Keeper's strategic goalsPartner and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to determine event goals, messaging, and content strategy and serve as the primary event liaison for both in-person and digital eventsCreate engaging event experiences that align with our brand and target audienceManage all event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, and on-site coordination from conception to completionProvide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams to include MSP, Public Sector and Commercial teams as needed, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of each segmentMeasure and analyze event performance to provide detailed reports on event outcomes including database growth, deal registrations per campaign and ROI trackingProactively manage the Americas events list and swag inventoryStay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our event marketing strategyDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for corporate, channel and demand generation events, ensuring alignment with Keeper's strategic goalsLead and grow a high-performing team of global event marketing specialistsLead the execution of global Williams Racing F1 sponsorship activations to ensure brand alignment, optimal guest experience and maximum exposureCollaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectivesLead managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination from conception to completionProvide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams, including channel, MSP, public sector and commercial teams as needed, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of each segmentProactively manage the events list and swag inventoryMaintain flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support various projects as needed to ensure smooth executionWillingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support on-site event execution domestically and internationallyStay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our event marketing strategyRequirements5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS companyExperience working with channel partner (resellers, distributors) sales teams and executing both to-channel and through-channel eventsExperience delivering successful small and large-scale events on-site and onlineAbility to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programsResults-driven self-starter who strives for excellence Confident team-player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environmentAbility to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levelsOutstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audienceStrong business acumen, analytical and detail orientedProficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office toolsExperience working within the Cyber Security industry is preferredExperience hosting events across the US and EMEA is preferred Previous management of large annual budgets is preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc.
