People and Culture Business Partner

If so, we want to hear from you!About The RoleWe’re looking for a skilled P&C Business Partner to support the business partnering function in Keepit. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to the business, supporting leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle—including culture development, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and people operations.

What you will doPartnering with leaders to drive people initiatives and support business goals. Designing and delivering custom training programs and workshops to enhance skills and leadership development. Leading employee engagement efforts and actively shaping a strong, vibrant company culture. Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and talent development. Supporting change management and organizational development initiatives. Providing guidance on policies, employment law, and best practices. You haveProven experience in a similar role within a scaling tech organization. A solid toolbox that includes talent management, learning and development, and change management skills.

A strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to navigate a fast-moving, dynamic work environment. Experience working with conducting Leadership Development courses a major plus. Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
