About The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our team, supporting engineering projects in high-tech facilities involving Gas and Chemical Systems, Ultra High Purity (UHP) Piping, Mechanical Works, Electrical & Control Systems, and Total Facility Hook-Up Engineering. You will gain hands-on experience in site coordination, project execution, cost control, and safety management. Fresh graduates or those with experience in Engineering are welcome to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, execution, and supervision of site works from start to handoverSupport project activities including gas/chemical systems, mechanical installations, electrical/control systems, and facility hook-up worksManage and monitor project operations independently, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality and safety standardsCompile technical and commercial offers in response to customer requirements for tender submissions, in close coordination with internal teamsPrepare and present clarifications, and engage in technical and commercial pre-order negotiations with customersCalculate total project cost and assist in establishing tendering budgets (time, resources, and expenses)Coordinate internally and externally to support proposal presentation and documentationPerform risk analysis and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposalsMaintain effective communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling continuous improvement feedbackPrepare and submit technical reports, including the ability to hand-sketch mechanical detailsLiaise with contractors and supervise skilled workers to ensure jobs are completed to specificationUse AutoCAD and other tools to support design and technical planningProvide progress updates to management and contribute to feasibility studies for viable technical solutionsApply creativity in problem-solving and information gathering for engineering solutionsSupport the development and implementation of engineering and maintenance strategies to solve equipment issuesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical EngineeringFresh graduates or those with experience in Engineering are welcome to applyGood communication and leadership skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsStrong organizational skills and a proactive, independent work attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentProficiency in AutoCAD is an advantageStrong technical report writing and problem-solving skills
