Opportunity to develop strategic partnerships and enhance procurement strategies. What’s a typical day as a Corporate Procurement Advisor? You’ll be: Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms for IT products. Performing market research and supplier due diligence. Developing RFx packages to guide internal customer needs. Coordinating discussions with internal stakeholders on RFx evaluation. Analyzing supplier proposals and making supplier selection recommendations. Administering contracts and amendments using contract management systems. Resolving invoicing/payment issues and monitoring contract compliance and savings. Supporting the Corporate Procurement Management Team with procurement initiatives.

Acting as a subject matter expert on indirect spend data and S2C/P2P Procurement processes. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Hold certifications in Procurement (SCMP/CPSM), Lean/Six Sigma, or Operational Planning (preferred). Possess a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience with strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Have experience with IT hardware/software, managed/consulting services, and VAR contracts (preferred). Are results-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise asset management systems and contract management tools. Boast advanced MS Excel skills, PowerBI, and experience in dashboarding (an asset).
