This is a great opportunity to lead Kelly Tillage's marketing function during a period of growth and global market expansion. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the global marketing strategy, strengthening dealer enablement, and driving brand awareness across key international markets including Australia, North America, Europe, and South America.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned to business goalsManage global brand positioning and campaign rolloutsConduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisionsCampaign Management & ContentLead integrated campaigns across digital, print, trade, and PR channelsOversee content creation including product videos, case studies, dealer kits, and social mediaManage brand ambassador and customer advocacy programsDealer & Sales EnablementCollaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop tailored marketing tools for dealersSupport product launches, field days, and international trade eventsDigital & CRMDeployment of the CRM as a fundamental pillar supporting digital retargeting strategies to nurture leadsOversee website performance, SEO, and lead generation strategiesManage CRM content and reporting to support the sales funnelMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadershipTeam & Stakeholder CollaborationManage external suppliers and freelance contributorsWork cross-functionally with international teams to align global messagingRepresent the brand at key industry events and conferencesRequirements3+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related B2B industryDemonstrated ability to lead strategy while also delivering hands-on executionStrong written and visual communication skillsExperience managing content production, websites, social media, and digital advertisingConfident working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.
