KENT® Nutrition Group, a member of the KENT Worldwide family of companies has a great opportunity to join their team as a Bagging Operator at the Marshall, MO plant! This is a full-time, first shift position with an approximate schedule of 8: 00 a. m. to 4: 00 p. m. This position is designed and intended to be performed in Marshall, MO. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily operation of equipment to process and manufacture feed products according to KNG’s Standard Operating ProceduresOperate the bagger, sewing machine, and fork truck in a proficient and safe manner for optimum productionFollow warehouse and loading protocolsOperate the all feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure KNG’s quality assurance protocol is met regarding ingredient receiving, load-out, and baggingPerform necessary recording and documentation of all feed manufactured during shiftMix and prepare livestock feeds efficiently and in a manner that assures accuracy and high qualityAssist management with production scheduling, inventory planning & control for both ingredients and finished productsAssist with equipment maintenance and repair as neededLoad and unload trucks in a safe and efficient mannerProvide excellent customer service and assist customers when neededObserve and enforce all company policies & proceduresEffectively communicate with managers, co-workers, and customersPerform general work around the facility and other duties as assignedMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulationsIdentify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditionsOther duties as assigned by Plant ManagementEDUCATION:

High School diploma or GEDEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 1 plus years of manufacturing experienceKnowledge of OSHA safety requirementsBasic computer knowledgeGood communication, verbal, written, and math skillsAbility to work as a team memberThorough understanding of GMP’sKnowledge of HACCP Feed & Safety PlanKnowledge of FSMAAbility to lift a minimum of 55 lbs from floor to working height as job requiresPass pre-employment drug screenAbility to operate a forkliftAbility to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
