Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare sectorStrong knowledge of Uganda’s insurance landscape, especially medical/optical coverage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with strong organizational skills. Responsibilities & RequirementsSecure and maintain company’s inclusion on panels of ALL insurance providers offeringoptical coverage, including private insurers and parastatal companies.
Develop and execute outreach programs to promote the Company’s brand across Uganda. Build strong relationships with insurance companies, private corporations, and parastatals to expand business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments from insurance and corporate clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
