Job Description/RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in SMEs, corporates, and institutions. Pitch ElyonEdge’s marketing, sales training, and content development solutions to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Achieve or exceed minimum monthly sales targets to qualify for the retainer salary. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain accurate sales records in the company CRM.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in marketing or advertising sector is an advantage). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key CompetenciesStrong networking and relationship-building abilities.
