Identify new market opportunities, product development needs, and growth areas. Lead brand positioning and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and competitiveness. Prepare and oversee budgets for sales and marketing functions. Manage both retail and projects. Team Management & Leadership Directly manage the decorative sales team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance monitoring. Build a high-performing, target-driven team culture focused on results and accountability.
Oversee training programs to improve product knowledge, negotiation, and selling skills. Set the pace and lead from the front by actively engaging customers, deal closures and major account management. Develop and implement aggressive growth strategies to expand market share. Inspire, motivate and guide the team through example and consistently achieving targets while lifting team performance. Support the sales team in closing deals. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfactionCustomer & Market Development Strengthen relationships with distributors/dealers, developers, project managers/contractors, interior designers and architects. Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Marketing Execution & Brand Management Supervise the creation and rollout of marketing materials, promotions, product launches, and trade events. Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and advertising campaigns to support brand objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies. Sales Operations & Performance Management Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and territory performance. Oversee pricing, quotations, tenders, and credit control compliance. Analyse sales reports and provide actionable insights to executive management. Timely collection and monitoring of receivables.
To maintain DSO by constant review and ensuring strong mechanisms for payment collection in order to ensure that it is within the acceptable norms. Key Requirement Skills And Qualification Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Architecture or related field.
