Job SummaryAbout YouSkilled in developing and providing technical training content. Deep understanding of security risk management and assessment. Experience working in high-risk environments, including conflict-affected areas. Background in international NGOs and leading diverse, remote teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships under pressure. Confident in challenging constructively at all levels. Highly organised, able to prioritise and deliver under pressure. Proficient in standard IT tools (e. g. , Microsoft Office).
Fluent in written and spoken English, with French or Spanish being desirableResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver security training courses and workshops globally. Develop complex and technical training materials (e. g. , first aid, trauma response, crisis management). Certify trainers and manage induction programmes for security managers. Support regional and country teams in strengthening local security capabilities. Promote inclusive and intersectional approaches to security risk management. Encourage incident reporting and ensure lessons learned are integrated into future operations.
