Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top creative and media talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle – job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs in alignment with project timelines. Performance Management & DevelopmentDesign and manage performance appraisal processes tailored to creative workflows. Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs. Promote continuous feedback and career progression frameworks.
Culture & Employee EngagementFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. Plan team-building activities, wellness programs, and internal events. Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to address concerns and improve morale. HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. Support with creation, implementation and interpretation of the policies and procedures and assess compliance by all employees within the organization. Take lead and play advisory roles in disciplinary procedures and grievances including conducting investigationsStrategic HR PlanningWork with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Provide insights and reporting on workforce metrics and retention trends. Work on Staff Welfare ProgramSupport line managers through change management and restructuring processesProvide HR daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports plus any that may be required. Frequently support and advise on Human Resources challenges and issues facing the managers. Key QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources ManagementMinimum of 5 years of experienceProfessional membership (IHRMK Membership)Have a valid practicing licenseCHRP Certification will be an added advantageMust be well conversant with the labor laws and ethical HR practices. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor and regulations. Strong leadership, managerial skills and ability to influence decisions at an executive level. Relationship management and strong communications skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
