We are currently seeking to hire a highly effective and self - driven Litigation and Conveyancing Clerk to join our team. Your key responsibilities will be: Key Responsibilities Maintenance of the Firm’s Registry for proper filing, tracking and record keeping. Organizing Client meetings with the office for pretrial briefings.
Filing, service of court documents, Preparation and filing of Affidavits of Service. Attending court registries for perusals, extracting court orders and service of Court Summons, Orders, Warrants, Notices to show Cause etc. Fixing dates in the court registry, preparing and service of mention notices and hearing notices etc. Undertaking due diligence. Undertaking registration at Companies Registry and the Lands Registry including Ardhisasa Processing of Stamp duty payments Any other related work within the Litigation and Conveyancing scope. Requirements Licensed Court Process Server Knowledge and experience in Litigation and Conveyancing work. Computer Literate. Organized and a good record keeper.
Ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner. Familiar with the use of e-filing system and Ardhisasa.
