Job SummaryWe are urgently hiring a candidate with the below qualifications. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field).

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics supervision. Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERP (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent preferred) or Warehouse ManagementSystems. Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities. High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices; forklift license is an added advantage. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurateinventory management, timely dispatch, and strict compliance with safety and company procedures.

The role willalso drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain audit-ready standards. ResponsibilitiesSupervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Oversee the timely receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic cycle counts and stock takes, and reconcile variances. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all warehouse activities. Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards, while ensuring staff follow all SOPs. Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to build capability and ensure adherence to performance standards.
