The Kepala Sekolah will be responsible for overseeing daily school operations, managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum policies, and maintaining a safe and productive learning environment. They will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering strong relationships with parents and the community, and leading professional development initiatives for educators. Additionally, the Kepala Sekolah will work on budget planning, resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of academic excellence.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skills.Experience in developing and implementing curriculum policies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in budget planning and resource allocation.Ability to maintain regulatory compliance and build strong community relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field.Master’s degree preferred.Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
