In this pivotal role, you will transform complex data into concise, executive-ready insights and partner with stakeholders-ranging from GMs to country CEOs-to guide initiatives through to full implementation. You'll be part of a lean, high-impact team focused on solving strategic challenges through data storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and sharp business acumen. As the Data Insights Associate, your core responsibilities will include developing concise, actionable narratives from diverse data sets and communicating those clearly across all levels of the business. You'll lead strategic deep dives into operational or cost issues, facilitate problem-solving workshops, and work side-by-side with stakeholders to see initiatives through to execution. You will also: Create high-impact decks that simplify complex data and convey a clear story to diverse audiencesEngage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders and functional heads, to gain alignment on proposed solutionsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (e. g.
HR, Finance, Country Leaders) to drive the implementation of data-led initiativesNavigate ambiguity and proactively identify new opportunities where data can unlock business valueRequirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a data-driven or business consulting role. You must be comfortable working across multiple business units, using data to influence decision-making and drive results.
Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights and practical recommendationsStrong communication and presentation skills, with experience tailoring content to senior and junior stakeholders alikeHigh adaptability and a strong "can-do" mindset; able to work with limited structure and drive clarityFamiliarity with basic data tools (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards); bonus if you have experience with ETL, CRM/ERP systems, or predictive analyticsExperience with strategic cost analysis or one-off deep dive projects is a plusBonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): Exposure to data engineering or data extraction toolsExperience with dashboard creation or data visualization tools (e. g.
