ResponsibilitiesReporting to the CFO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will lead the Financial Controlling and Reporting activities for their regional operations.
A highly visible role, you will also be involved in developing their Finance transformation strategy and initiatives, spanning a best-in-class Finance structure with redesigned processes and systems to drive operational effiency and support the future growth of the organisation. RequirementsIdeally, you are a qualified CA with 20+ years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling and Reporting. Armed with a track record in Finance transformation and change management, you have set up Finance functions and led business process re-engineering initiatives in a regional capacity. To succeed in this role, you will be described as driven, resilient and passionate about transformation.
