Responsibilities: Attend new-pitch briefings, lead proposal development & support proposal submissions. Act as the main liaison from pitching, planning to on-site execution. Coordinate schedules, logistics, and manpower for event setup and teardown. Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency and quality assurance. Monitor project costs and update the Client on event progress. Conduct site surveys and technical checks to identify and address execution risks. Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality event build-up and dismantling. Provide on-site support and client servicing throughout event operations. Track project progress and report issues, updates, and feedback. Oversee post-event closure, including dismantling, costing, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure aligned execution. Guide junior team members in workflow and delivery standards. Contribute to pre-project planning by highlighting risks and improving execution processes. Support ad hoc special booth projects as needed. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proven experience in managing large-scale B2B events. Flexibility to travel as required for events. Â Skills | Qualifications | Experience: Minimum Poly diploma or event management course from relevant tertiary institution. Familiar with MS Office. Minimum of 6-year experience from a reputable event agency / DMC / TMC.
Experienced with working style of clients from the finance / lifestyle / tech sectors. Having existing clients is a huge plus. Flexible to wear multiple hats in an agency setting. Must be currently based in Singapore or have the necessary non-company sponsored permit to be in Singapore. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
