creating life-saving products with confidence. We're looking for a Tech Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the core of ensuring our technology supports our growth. You'll be key in supporting operations for a scale-up with two international offices (Boston (US), Vienna (AT)) and a team of 100+ talented professionals. Your work will have a direct impact on the future of healthcare technology. About You You’re passionate about software and making a real impact.

You’re curious, enjoy solving tough problems, and love the idea of working in a fast-moving environment where you can take initiative. You’re comfortable collaborating in English with team members from different areas, and you take pride in owning projects from beginning to end. Above all, you’re excited about using technology to improve patient outcomes. Ideally you will be currently located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support non-EU citizens for the position at this time.

What You'll DoServe as primary IT support contact for Boston and Vienna officesPrioritize and manage multiple requestsHandle device provisioning and user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding)Ensure reliable operation of Google Workspace and macOS environments across the companyMonitor performance and troubleshoot issues across company devicesOwn Ketryx internal IT support channelSupport security & compliance initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired:

2-4 years of experience in IT support or similar rolesProficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and macOSExperience with identity management/SSO systemsExperience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)Clear communication skills with non-technical usersDocumentation skills for creating user guides and proceduresSolid understanding of networks, security, and device managementFluency in EnglishAdditional Skills: Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)Experience with backup and recovery proceduresBasic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasksPatience when explaining complex conceptsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingProactive approach to identifying potential issuesCompensationAt Ketryx, we offer a competitive and transparent compensation package that reflects your experience and skills:

For candidates in Austria with more than 3 years of relevant experience, the gross annual salary starts at €50,000We offer all-in contracts, with final compensation tailored to your qualifications and experience.
