You will work hand to hand with our Sales Manager to build the growth of the brand into Train, Sportswear, Global Football and Running environment. We are looking for a person with meaningful sales experience, preferably in the sports/lifestyle industry. This role requires a strong sales mindset, an entrepreneurial attitude and a great team spirit. You are ready to play a key role in making Under Armour one of the top sport brands in Benelux.You will be focusing on our Benelux wholesale partners; Key Accounts, Buying Groups, Specialty and Field accounts. This will include ownership in account management, review and action on Sell Out performance, drive new business and drive the expansion of our focus category (Train, Sportswear, Global Football and Running) in line with the UA EMEA strategy. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates account needs on an ongoing basis. Also, you will be working cross-functionally with our channel marketing team, our account service team, business operations team, planning and finance team.Your ImpactUnderstand Under Armour overall - business unit and category objectives and strategiesManage and develop Under Armour revenue with the account’s portfolioBuild relationships and deliver first class service level towards the accountsIdentify and convert business opportunitiesPrepare and conduct sales presentationsDevelop 3 years plan and negotiate yearly budgets with the accountsWork hand to hand with marketing to deliver strong campaignsAnalyze sell out data to improve mutual business results throughout the seasonAnalyze the market within the Benelux region looking to key aspects and mapping the Running and Sportswear marketExcellent order management resulting in 100% delivery of the targetsUnderstand and apply the Under Armour segmentation and differentiation policySupport the Sales Manager in different projectsEstablish and maintain a strong internal communication and relationship with the line Managers and X-functions (account service, finance, planning, merchandising, marketing)Follow company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedPractice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relationsExecute the go-to-market (GTM) process and preparation of seasonal touchpoints with the accounts (Sell Ins and Account meetings in UA showroom) to ensure the premium brand execution and management of these meetings.Develop a Global Football and Running category Strategy in the Benelux regionEnsure excellent instore implementation of assortmentsVisit accounts and retail stores on an ongoing basis to ensure premium in-store product story presentations, drive sell out and maintain account relationships.QualificationsMaster's or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experienceHighly self-motivated and well organizedSuperior communication and persuasion skillsStrong analytical skillsHigh affinity towards new digital sales toolsFluent in DutchVery good communication skills in EnglishTeam Player. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
