Job Description

Key Account Executive main responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage key accounts, and increase revenue. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, client management skills, and strategic planning to make sure our products or services meet client needsResponsibilities1. Account Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients and be their main contact.Understand clients' needs and goals and ensure that our products or services meet those requirements.Regularly check in with clients to get feedback, address concerns, and explore opportunities to sell more products or services.2. Sales and Revenue Generation:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and actively pursue new business from these accounts.Assist in negotiations with assigned clients.3. Client Needs Analysis:Conduct detailed assessments with clients to understand their pain points and find opportunities for improvement.Work with product or service development teams to make sure client requirements are met.4. Proposal and Presentation:Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, where relevant.Customize presentations to match each client's unique needs and challenges.5. Reporting, Documentation & CRM:Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and sales leads and opportunities using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.Provide regular reports on sales performance and client satisfaction to the Head of Commercial & Contracts Management or other leaders.Serve as one of our CRM champions.6. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other business units to provide a seamless experience for clients.Coordinate with Commercial and other relevant support teams.7. Industry and Product Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.Have a deep understanding of our products and services, and how they benefit clients.8. Marketing Support Function:Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with different teams to develop strategies based on insights.Create marketing materials such as brochures and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Thai nationality is preferred.Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, customer service, or sales.Proven experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Knowledge of the industry and the our products or services.Willingness to travel for meetings or industry events if required.
